Was the COVID-19 vaccine process too fast and did we have enough data on it?

Certainly, creating the COVID-19 vaccine needed to be faster than the normal process. We are in an emergency pandemic.

Normally, there may be 3,000–5,000 people in the actual study for producing a vaccine.

But, we had 73,000 people between the two studies – Moderna and Pfizer. So we have a lot more data than we normally have.

We know it's safe. We know it's effective given that we have a ton more data.
